U.S.: Weather closes Amarillo and Lubbock airports

The FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center on Monday morning reported the following airports in Texas are closed:
Due to snow, the Amarillo International Airport (AMA) was closed as of Feb 25 at 05:41 AM CST. The date/time when the airport is expected to reopen is Feb 26 at 06:00 AM CST. Due to snow, the Lubbock International Airport (LBB) was closed as of Feb 25 at 06:15 AM CST. The date/time when the airport is expected to reopen is Feb 26 at 06:00 AM CST. Passengers planning to fly into or out of the closed airports should contact their airline. |
